The Bottom Stair

We've never had one of those gate things that keeps our small kids from going up or down stairs.  I am just a little too cheap to buy one.  So it seems like all of our kids have had a major struggle learning not to climb, hang off of, and fall down stairs. 

Enter Kaelen.  This is a picture of her loving life on the one stair she is allowed to be on: the bottom stair.  After lots of reminders to not go up the stairs, she is really starting to get into a groove of contentment with the bottom stair.


However, there are days when she really, really wants to get up those stairs.  This is a picture of her on one of those days...
