Lunchtime


This is a typical lunch for us. First, you go to a roadside warung and you have to order your food dibungkus (wrapped, i.e. for takeaway). Then you pick your food and they wrap it real small and neat in paper. They use staples to keep the paper closed, and these can periodically end up in your food, so it's best to chew carefully.

All this for about 6,500 rupiah, which is about 75 cents.
