When it's really hot outside, which is just about every day, nothing sounds better than an es campur. What is an es campur? that's a good question. I'm not even really sure, but it tastes good.
The ingredients I know of are as follows: ice, sweetened condensed milk, cut up mangoes, seaweed jello, avocado, red jello (unknown flavor), little pink squishy things that look like fish eggs but I think are tapioca?, and other unknown things similar to gummy bears in texture but not taste.
