Indo English

   English is cool in Indonesia.  People use it, peppering it into conversations, even if it's not too clear what is being expressed. 
   I was driving a friend to the hospital recently, and I came across this sign.  I have no idea what it is supposed to mean??  Does corruption kill you?  Should you kill yourself if you have been involved in corruption? 
   You might be wondering why there is a corruption sign at a hospital... well, in Indo, corruption is rife, even at the hospital.
