In order to improve public health, there is a national push to make bathrooms dryer and cleaner. One sign I read recently in a bathroom said, "Kering itu sehat" meaning "Dryness is healthy".
However, this push for cleaner and dryer bathrooms will take a while to become the norm for most places. I stopped by a place this week to get the car washed. It was a respectable establishment... clean, well managed, etc. But I walked into the bathroom and saw this. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I just had to smile.
