Not yet

Kenan isn't allowed to go out in the street by himself yet.  Although he just turned four, he really wants to get out there and run around without adult supervision.  Our decision to hold off on granting this permission is closely related to his tendency to try and put long sticks into the spokes of passing bicycles and motorbikes, along with his inaccurate rock throwing... ouch.

He likes to live on the edge.

So this is Kenan getting as close as he can to the road without actually getting into the road.

note: most of the houses in Bali have high walls and a gate like ours...
