Pickles!!

The Truhe house is full of pickle connoisseurs.  We love the things.  Different pickles really compliment different foods well, so you need to pick the right pickle depending on what you're eating.  We could talk a long time about this (and by we, I mean Jon, and at the end of talking about this for a long time I don't think many people would still be paying attention).

However, after nearly 5 years of no good pickle options in Indonesia, Kristi has come to the rescue with the discovery of dill weed and a great pickle recipe.
