The finals for the UEFA Champions League just happened this past Saturday. Most of you don't know or don't care about this game that is the single most watched annual sporting event in the world (many more than the Super Bowl).
In Indonesia, the game was shown live at 2:45am. My neighbors, Pak Made and Pak Ketut De, both were going to watch the game, so we all decided to watch it together on Pak Made's front porch. Pak Made is the one on the left with the toboggan on his head, it was 'cold'.
It was a great game. One of the best I've ever seen, and although we tried to keep quiet, we did let out about four loud outbursts during the course of the game. Kristi was able to predict the score based upon our loud screaming. One of Pak Made's neighbors asked him the next day if he was starting to practice black magic because of the yelling. Thankfully, I think we accomplished putting an end to the rumors the following day...
