My friend's grandpa died last week. It seems like yesterday we were at his house having a conversation with him and visiting his 'workshop'. He was a well known 'traditional healer' in his area, and people came from all over to seek his help with their spiritual disturbances and problems. Many say that he even predicted the day of his own death.
Several people we know have passed away in the last month or so. It has been a sobering reminder for us to take advantage of every moment that we have with the people that we are in contact with.
This is a picture of his cremation pyre. Much time and money is spent building this, and it is all burnt up shortly after it arrives at the cremation site.
