So apparently the world is ending? I only live in Indonesia and don't hear too much from other parts of the world, so I don't know if everyone else is taking this 2012 thing seriously. However, in Indonesia, there are a lot of people that are genuinely worried about the world coming to an end in about three years.
We've heard that the volcano on our island will erupt, a bigger tsunami will happen, or some other form of disaster is bound to occur. The famous fortune teller, Mama Lauren, has also backed up these claims of a major disaster in 2012.
Most people realize that the movie is just a movie, but then again most of those people are a bit confused about that whole Mayan calendar part of the predicted doomsday. Apparently that adds a little credibility?
Until all this dies down, we will enjoy our conversations about the end of the world...
