Just to give a bit of context on this picture... This is an old man living near one of our water projects. He walked down to the tank site to help in whatever way he could. Keep in mind that he is quite old, and his feet have problems that keep him from walking normally.
And yet there he is working hard to mix cement while I (in the blue shirt) just stand there in the background "supervising". I felt guilty just looking at the picture...
